Michael Hill, Associate Athletic Director for Sports Performance at Georgetown University, talks about the importance of looking at your program as a whole and improving yourself by learning from past experiences.
Coach Hill has been with the Georgetown University athletics department since 2004 and is currently working specifically with men’s basketball while overseeing the development of all 29 sports.
He previously worked in California as a Fitness Manager at 24 Fitness before moving to the Washington metropolitan area, where he also worked with Episcopal High School in Virginia, Potomac High School in Virginia, and The Catholic University of America in the District.
