Lee Weber On Explaining Why

Lee Weber, Head Football and Strength & Conditioning Coach at Rose Hill (Kan.) High School, talks about the reason he always explains “the why” behind what he does. He describes the impact coaches can have if they explain “why” to their student-athletes.

Coach Weber is a veteran in the field of strength and conditioning, with 22 years of experience working in the state of Kansas. He has coached at Plainville, Mission Valley, Council Grove, Wamego, and Rose Hill High Schools. He is the winningest coach in Mission Valley High School and Flint Hills League history. He was a finalist for 4A Coach of the Year in 2020 and was chosen as the NHSCCA-KS Strength Coach of the Year in 2021. Weber is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Lee Weber is also the originator of CoachLAW Coaching Resources with multiple best selling digital manuals including Getting the Most Out of Your FreeLap Timing System and the Building Beasts Series.
