In this video, strength and conditioning coach Antwun Baker leads high school strength coaches through an equipment-free High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that athletes can complete at home or in the gym. As a Hive athlete and fitness coach with Honey Stinger, Baker believes in the power of fueling right before exercise.
Originally from California, Baker is a lifelong athlete who currently resides in Denver. In college, he competed in track and field (All-American – sprints) and football (wide receiver). He started his own strength and conditioning business, Baker’s Fitness, in 2018 to share his passion for health and fitness with others.
Baker’s professional career is in the field of education. As an Equity Program Manager, his work focuses on identifying and closing gaps for students of color.
In his free-time, Antwun loves working out, mentoring youth, coaching and training athletes, and competing in USATF Master’s Track and Field. He is a four-time National Champion in his age group and finished 3rd overall in the U.S. for the 2018 season in the 60 meters with a time of 6.82 seconds.
