Built for Training
The Ultimate Lineman targets four foundational elements of offensive line performance:
- Squat Position
Two adjustable resistance bands connect the waist to the heels, preventing the athlete from rising out of stance too early. It forces linemen to stay low and locked in—exactly where they need to be to win at the snap. - Base Position
A resistance band between the ankles improves foot quickness and balance. It encourages short, controlled steps, keeping the lineman stable while mirroring fast-moving defenders. - Jam Technique
Wrist cuffs with thumb supports are linked to the waist belt using resistance bands, helping athletes develop powerful hand strikes. The added resistance builds punch speed and strength, so when the harness comes off, their hands feel faster and hit harder. - Upper Body Posture
A 6-foot resistance band connects to the front or back of the harness, discouraging bending at the waist. It teaches linemen to maintain upright leverage—a critical detail that separates great players from average ones.
